Chris Klein

Known from:
American Pie: Chris „Oz“ Ostreicher (easygoing lacrosse player who tends to exaggerate his success with women)
The Flash: Orlin Dwyer / Cicada (main villain of season five with a profound hatred for meta-humans)

The start of Chris Klein's acting career sounds like a film script: Director Alexander Payne cast Klein straight out of his high school in Omaha, Nebraska for the role of Paul Metzler in the movie Election alongside Reese Witherspoon.

His absolute breakthrough as Chris "Oz" Ostreicher in the cult comedy American Pie as well as in Sequel American Pie 2 followed immediately afterwards. For this role Klein was nominated by the Chicago Film Critics Association as "Most Promising Actor" as well as for two Teen Choice Awards.

For the teen hit Here on Earth Chris Klein won the "Male Superstar of Tomorrow" Young Hollywood Award. Since then he has not only appeared in numerous films, from big productions like John McTiernans Rollerball or When We Were Soldiers and Just Friends to indie movies like The United States of Leland with Kevin Spacey, Ryan Gosling and Don Cheadle. Comic fans know Chris Klein as Orlin Dwyer / Cicada from the TV series The Flash.
